Laser setting
For proper engraving is essential to make the correct settings in your laser engraver. This may require some trial and error for each diferent substrate.
We recommend a minimum of 30W CO2 laser power.
POWER SETTINGS: Remember that, with little power, HDMARK does not adhere to the substrate, and too much power can evaporate the material.
SPEED ADJUSTMENTS: No less important than power, is the correct use of the speed with which you move the beam over the material while recording.
RESOLUTION: The resolution of the image is measured in DPI (dots per inch) or PPI (pulses per inch). This configuration directly affects the speed of the engraving. We recommend a resolution of 100% whatever the power of your machine is.
